Pudina(mint leaves) Chutney

Ingredients:
  • Fresh pudina leaves : 1 cup
  • Green chillies: 3
  • Coconut shredded : 1 cup
  • Jeera: 1/4 spn
  • Salt to taste
  • Tamarind juice: accordingly to your taste(soak the tamarind in little water for 5-10 mins) I used 1/4 cup
  • Oil:1 tblspn
  • Small Onion:1 (finely chopped)

Method: 
  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the mint leaves, chillies and jeera for 5 mins.
  •   Add these fried leaves,chillies, jeera along with shredded coconut, salt and tamarind juice in mixer jar.
  •  Blend it into a smooth paste.
  • Finally add the chopped onions and mix it.
  • It goes well with white rice & rotis..
