Prawn Kebab


 
Shell and devein the prawns and clean them thoroughly.
Apply salt amd turmeric powder to the prawns leave it for few minutes and wash them vigourously.


Ingredients:
 Oil-For deep fry


For Marination:


Prawns - 600 gms.
White pepper - 2 tsp
Garlic paste - 2 tsp
Ginger paste - 2 tsp
Gram flour - 3-4 tsp
Corn flour - 4-5 tsp
Garam Masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice - 4 tsp
Curd - 1 cup
Chilli powder - 4tsp
Coriander powder(dhania powder)-2 tsp
Turmeric-1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves: 1/2 cup
Salt as per taste
Mix All the ingredients in a bowl.Mix it well with prawns and refrigrate it for almost two hours(min.) and you can refrigrate it more than two hours..( If you marinate it more time, you ll get more taste.
Procedure:
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Deep fry the marinated prawns in a medium flame till it turns into golden colour.
Fry it for few minutes(5-6 minutes)
Serve hot as a starter.
