Ingredients:
- Fresh pudina leaves : 1 cup
- Green chillies: 3
- Coconut shredded : 1 cup
- Jeera: 1/4 spn
- Salt to taste
- Tamarind juice: accordingly to your taste(soak the tamarind in little water for 5-10 mins) I used 1/4 cup
- Oil:1 tblspn
- Small Onion:1 (finely chopped)
Method:
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the mint leaves, chillies and jeera for 5 mins.
- Add these fried leaves,chillies, jeera along with shredded coconut, salt and tamarind juice in mixer jar.
- Blend it into a smooth paste.
- Finally add the chopped onions and mix it.
- It goes well with white rice & rotis..
